One of our main goals is to make delegates feel at home right away and to create a relaxed and informal setting for their meeting. We found that providing good home cooking goes a long way in achieving that aim. Menus are set according to each group's preferences and delegates are free to get involved and help the event coordinator in the kitchen as they wish.
This helps make an Ensemble event feel like a quite unique experience.
A strong focus on team building
As our events take place in self-catering properties there are always some basic 'household duties' for delegates but which will not disrupt the flow of their daily meeting agenda.
They can involve laying tables, mixing drinks, making fires etc.
This increased interaction in a convivial atmosphere helps strengthen team cohesion in a discreet but effective way.
Other group activities can be organized to give a further focus on team building.

Ensemble privatises beautiful properties set in stunning locations.
These include mountains, nature reserves and idyllic countryside.
The settings are mostly rural with few distractions for the team and will feel very different from the classic hotel business meeting scenario.
