Events made to measure

At Ensemble we avoid hotels and instead work with a selection of beautiful private properties set in stunning landscapes.

To set up your event we start off with your dates, the number of participants and your preferred region if you have one.

From there we take other factors into account such as the style of accommodation, your budget and available group activities.

We submit all the options available allowing you to select the one which best meets your criteria.

Self-catering

Ensemble meetings are all semi self catering events. The properties are pre-stocked with the food and drink you will need for your stay.

We prepare lunch for you so your daily meetings can run smooothly.

In the evening delegates typically split out into teams and work with the event coordinator to prepare dinner for the group. These delicious home cooked meals are superior to classic hotel buffets and are a much more interactive experience than eating in a restaurant.

Meeting room facilities

All properties have a meeting room large enough to hold your group. Some have additional rooms where you can hold

break-out sessions if required.

All the usual equipment and services are supplied including Wifi connection, projector and screen, flip chart, note pads, coffee breaks, snacks, drinks etc.

Teambuilding

Ensemble events provide a perfect setting for teambuilding. Our name says it all. It is about being together and sharing experiences that reinforce bonds and boost group dynamics.

We set the mood by bringing people together in beautiful settings.

The self catering aspect of our meetings alone means that colleagues spend more time than usual working together in a different and very convivial context. This leads to more communication overall between team members and immense shared satisfaction in pulling together to get a great meal on the table.

Group activities

If your meeting agenda permits we can organize activities suited to your group's profile.

Apart from all the classic outdoor activities we can also set up visits to historical sites, vineyards and more.

We also often run a cooking challenge during our events whereby the group splits out into teams to cook for one another every evening. Each team gives marks to the other and we try to find a winner by the end of the event. Apart from being a lot of fun our cooking challenge is also an outstanding teambuilding event.

Onsite event coordinator

The event coordinator's role is basically to ensure that all runs smoothly during your stay and that the house is fully stocked with everything you need.

They also organize onsite logistics, make lunch and assist your team to prepare dinner every evening.

Other than that the role of the coordinator is to maintain as discreet a presence as possible.

Ensemble meetings are about our clients and their teams so we take extra care to leave breathing space and adapt according to the flow.
