SELECTING A PROPERTY
We typically organise meetings for up to 15 participants. Once we know the dates, the group size and preferred region we present our clients with all available properties together with links to the relevant websites. Our clients choose the option the best suited to their preferences and budget. We apply the booking terms and cancellation policies of the selected property.
DAILY DELEGATE RATE
We charge a daily rate per delegate which is fully inclusive of Ensemble management fees, meeting room equipment and all food and drink needed for the meeting.
This rate is predetermined together with the client and will depend on the type of menus they select.
This allows Managers to control in advance every aspect of the total cost of their meeting.
ACTIVITIES aND TRANSFERS
If requested, Ensemble can organize airport transfers, local taxis and group activities. Otherwise clients are free to handle these aspects of the meeting directly if they prefer.
